Tulsa Sings!

Thank you to everyone who has submitted or is preparing an audition for this season’s Tulsa Sings! vocal competition! We appreciate the time and energy you have put into Tulsa Sings! and are honored that you have chosen to share your talents with us.

Because this will be Signature Symphony’s final season, our final concert on April 24, 2027 will be a focus on the history of Tulsa Sings! and be a celebration of the orchestra. This new direction will be different from the Tulsa Sings! Totally 80s concert we had originally planned.

Since we cannot offer the prize of singing at a future concert, we will no longer be having a vocal competition this season. This means we will not be moving forward with the audition process. No more audition videos will be accepted.

Details of the April 24, 2027 concert, celebrating the orchestra and Tulsa Sings! history will be available soon.

Thanks again to everyone who has been a part of our annual Tulsa Sings! tradition over the years. We appreciate you all.

About Tulsa Sings!

Tulsa Sings! is a vocal competition by Signature Symphony at TCC. Each year finalists are selected to work with New York City-based vocalist and concert performer, Scott Coulter, and perform on stage with our professional orchestra.

Previous participants have dubbed the value of coaching and mentoring by an experienced performer priceless. Through working with Coulter, finalists learn valuable vocal techniques, artistic expression, and more to elevate their vocal prowess and expand their performance range.

The Tulsa Sings! Grand Prize Winner is selected by a panel of judges and given the opportunity to be featured as a guest vocalist in a future Signature Symphony concert. The Tulsa Sings! Audience Favorite, determined by audience votes, is also invited to perform at a future Signature Symphony concert.

Previous Tulsa Sings! winners have returned to the Signature Symphony stage for the annual Christmas in Tulsa and 4th on the 3rd concert traditions, and have even performed as guest artists beyond our stage, from local fundraisers to broader events.
